CIE-TEC is a program of the ITCR that is affiliated with the School of Business Administration.  It has been operating for 13 years, and it is focused on the creation and strengthening of technology-based businesses.

The Center, provides logistic (infrastructure) and strategic (training, business opportunities, technical assistance, assessment and follow-up) services to the participating entrepreneurs.  In this way, support is offered during the first years of operation, thus reducing the possibilities of failure.
