School of Business Administration

The School of Business Administration began in 1976 with only two groups in the Central campus, offering a Bachelor degree in Finance Administration for a period of three years.

In 1978 initiated the night-program courses in the same Major for a five year period, and a year later, the day-program courses changed from a period of three to four years. At the same time, the specialized internship in the field went from quarterly to half-yearly.

In 1989 the School decided to take a general approach, and determined different Licentiate Majors: Finances, Human Resources, Marketing and Public Accountancy.

In 1990 started a Master degree in Business Administration, and in 1992 the School opened a Master degree in the campus of San Carlos.
